Easter Sunday

The Easter bunny visited our house and brought Jack a little train, a movie, some snacks, a new sippy cup, and candy. What a lucky boy!

Then Jack put on his new outfit for church.

He's too cool to look at the camera, so he had to check out the tree branch instead.

We enjoyed a second Easter dinner at our friend Susie's and Jack pigged out on the ham.

He also loved the Easter egg hunt, especially since he was experienced from the day before.

It was a very happy day!

Catch Up Week: Fun With Family

You may be wondering where in the world we've been!

It's been over two weeks since my last post.

Well, the last two weeks have been busy, busy, busy with some very big changes in the Coffman house.

So this week is Catch Up Week.

You'll see all the big things that have happened to us.

It was fun having family visit for graduation.

Dallin's parents, sister, and nieces all came.

We had fun eating out at Tucano's and Red Robin.

We went to the Nickelcade to celebrate Briley's birthday.

Jack figured a better way to skee ball.

Everyone was addicted to playing Plinko and we won lots of tickets - enough to get a soccer ball, bouncy ball, purple leopard print hat, and a Party Squeeze toy. What fun!

Before everyone left, we celebrated Easter on Saturday.

The kids enjoyed an Easter egg hunt.

The uncles played football.

And we enjoyed a delicious Easter dinner.

Jack had so much fun with his family that he cried long and hard when they left.

Catch Up Week: Graduation

You may be wondering where in the world we've been!

It's been over two weeks since my last post.

Well, the last two weeks have been busy, busy, busy with some very big changes in the Coffman house.

So this week is Catch Up Week.

You'll see all the big things that have happened to us.

Dallin graduated from BYU on April 21-22.

We were very blessed to have lots of family there to celebrate with us.

We are so proud of our graduate and his big accomplishments.

Catch Up Week: New Job

You may be wondering where in the world we've been!

It's been over two weeks since my last post.

Well, the last two weeks have been busy, busy, busy with some very big changes in the Coffman house.

So this week is Catch Up Week.

You'll see all the big things that have happened to us.

After moving in, we didn't see much or anything of Dallin.

Last Monday he started his new job.

He is working as a Plant Operator at the Water Reclamation Plant.

He really likes it and is learning new things and how it all works.

Only problem with starting last week - he still had finals to finish up his last semester.

Somehow he managed to work 40 hours and study for and take 3 finals.

He is Superman!

Catch Up Week: Moving Day

You may be wondering where in the world we've been!

It's been over two weeks since my last post.

Well, the last two weeks have been busy, busy, busy with some very big changes in the Coffman house.

So this week is Catch Up Week.

You'll see all the big things that have happened to us.

First up, Moving Day...

Jack and I spent the week of April 11th packing, packing, packing up the condo.

He was very helpful in labeling the boxes and adding his things, then taking them out, then adding them again.

He even added his cute self one day.

He seemed to do really well with packing everything up.

The only thing that really troubled him was when they tore out the carpet to get new carpet.

Luckily we know the new tenants pretty well (the uncles), so they let us come back to visit from time to time.

A BIG thank you to Will for being our moving crew!!

We couldn't have done it without you.

Here they are in the almost empty remnants of Jack's room.

We moved to a nice little house in Springville with a yard that Jack loves and a pretty view.

It's nice to not have people overhead stomping around.

We are slowly getting things unpacked and figuring out where everything goes.

Now hopefully the warm weather will come so we can really enjoy our new yard!

Jack and Andrew's Day at the Aquarium

Last week Uncle Andrew had to take a field trip to the aquarium, so he invited Jack along to join him. They had a blast and saw penguins.

And scary alligators

Jack got up close and personal with a turtle.

And gave his best cheesy grin.

He loved looking at the real frogs

But looks a little nervous about the fish

Pensively pondering his aquarium experience.

The highlight: He got to touch a sting ray!

So Proud!

Dallin just got hired to a full time position working at

Provo City at the Water Reclamation Plant as a Plant Operator.

We're so proud of him for getting a good, post graduation job.

He'll be starting next week or the week after, just as he graduates.

Congratulations, Dal! Jack and I are so proud!

A Taste of Spring

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday were nice, warm days and we were very excited that spring had arrived. Jack sported his shades and baseball cap and headed to the park.

He had lots of fun playing on all of the days.

It was so nice to get outside and get fresh air and feel the sun.

Sadly, Mother Nature was just teasing us.

Saturday afternoon it was 75 degrees, but on Sunday morning we woke up to a 6 inches of snow on the ground. Hopefully spring will come to stay soon!
