Kate likes to create and cheer, so she combined that by making pom poms out of her birthday decorations.  Now she can cheer all day long!

Back In Time

Jack loved art camp this year! They did some amazing projects and he was sad to see it come to an end. The theme was back in time and this history lover was in heaven!

Five and It’s Great to Be Alive

Five years of a sass and spunk. Kate never ceases to keep us on our toes. She is passionate and silly. She never stops dancing. She would swim all day if she could. She thinks she’s a teenager and can give attitude like no other. She gives the best hugs and cuddles and loves to sing church songs. She has an opinion on everything. She keeps life interesting and we can’t imagine our lives without her. Happy birthday, Kate!





For her birthday, Daddy made her a delicious pancake breakfast.



And she got to use her gift cards to do some birthday shopping. 



Mommy and Daddy got her a year pass to the Children's Museum, so she partied hard there. 





And had a good time playing with her presents!

Kate is turning FIVE and she hosted a tea party at our house for all of her friends!



They all wore their fancy outfits.


And we had a nice lunch of sandwiches, fruit, and "tea"



They were all so fancy, that they were shy to even talk during lunch.

Bitty Babies

It's that time again...time for more baby chicks!  We hatched some and they are adorable!

Putt Putt

We used our summer reading coupons for a free round of mini golf!



Some of our golfers are better than others! There was some arguing, as there usually is when we play mini golf, but overall we had fun.



And Luke got to sit on Luke the Lion!

Interstellar Readers

It's only a few weeks into summer, but we already met our summer reading goal.  We have a cool sign and lots of coupons to enjoy.



We got free cupcakes with our coupons and they were delicious!!!

Diving Into Swim Season

Successful first swim meet of the season. Jack finished second place in both individual freestyle and butterfly, as well as a first place in the medley relay, where he swam the butterfly leg. Way to swim!

Nature Day

Bea is on vacation so we are trying to do all the things we can't do when she is with us.  Today we went hiking at Sam Houston Jones State Park.  It was a beautiful day and we had fun exploring nature and playing around!
