Story Time
The kids have been bickering a lot lately. But occasionally I find them getting along. Before school one day I found Jack reading Kate her favorite book, Pinkalicious. She was sitting in his lap and they were both as happy as can be. Hopefully we will have more of these moments soon!

Adjustment Period
School has been a hard adjustment for Luke. For the first three weeks, the teachers had to pull him crying out of the car in the morning. His teacher called me concerned about him. It was a rough time.
But he seems to have finally settled in. He enjoys going to centers, lunch, and recess. He made a new friend named Brice. And he talks nonstop about what they do all day.
Hopefully it will be a great year after this rocky start

Speed Racers
There has been lots of biking lately. The kids love riding up and down the road.
There have been some spills and lots of bandaids but few tears.
Kate tries her best to keep up.
Dallin has also turned into quite the biker. He rides a few times a week with some friends. They go 20-30 miles each ride!
Now we are ready for cooler temps for our rides!

Happy Helper
Kate loves to play and have fun
She loves to go to story time at the library.
She helps feed the animals and works in the yard in her boots.
And she has an office where she has her computer set up with notecards, pens and papers everywhere.
It's always fun when Kate is around!

Park Morning
It was one of the first relatively cooler mornings in a long time and the humidity was lower, so we went to the park!
The boys were sporting their game day shirts in honor of our favorite teams.
And Kate was just pretty in pink.
The boys gave her lessons on how to play at the park. Can you resist a cutie with a ponytail?
It was a fun morning full of lots of smiles!

Blessing Day
We were also able to be there for the blessing of baby Camille.
It was a special blessing and so special being there with so much family.
The kids were all looking sharp.
And Grammy got to live on that sweet baby.
The cousins all said their goodbyes.
We gave Camille a few last hugs.
And we headed back to Louisiana, less than 48 hours after we had arrived. It was a whirlwind weekend, but totally worth it.

Family Weekend
Grammy and Aunt Sass were visiting Will's family in Kerrville. So the kids and I loaded up after school and headed over (Dallin had to work). We were able to stay with Nana and Pop Pop and see them too!
Will and Bethany were moving into a new house so we brought our moving crew. Jack and Luke were really helpful and moved lots of things.
They have a pretty view and we are so excited for them to have a house instead of an apartment.
That afternoon we took Sass and Carter back with us to swim so Will and Bethany could unpack.
The kids had a blast
There was lots of jumping
And ring around the rosy.
Kate was reunited with Pop Pop so she could get to bossing him.
He knows all the fun tricks.
It was a busy fun day full of family!

We The Girls
While the boys are at school, Kate and I have girl time. We take walks, watch Daniel Tiger, play babies, and dress up.
She got some clip on earrings and thinks she's pretty fancy.
Even though we have lots of fun, she is still happy to have her boys home and follows them around.
She loves her family!
