Party Time

Luke turned 5 and it was all about Paw Patrol 

He chose to go to Altitude Trampoline Park

He was able to invite his friend Gavin 

Plus all of our family came. And we were so excited to have Pop Pop visit for the fun too!

They jumped like crazy!

And even tried out the hurricane wind machine 

Then we went to his favorite place for lunch - Chick Fil A!

Then we headed back to our house for cake and presents 

Nana and Pop Pop gave him this awesome ball to roll around the yard in. 

A major highlight of the day was playing with Pop Pop. The kids were in heaven!

It was a great day to celebrate Luke!

Field Trip

Luke went on his first field trip. They went to a play in Texas. But the most exciting thing for him - riding the bus! He had a window seat and got to eat his lunch on the bus. And then the bus even blew a tire and they had to switch buses. Could it get any more exciting? Not for this PreK guy!

Banner Roll

Jack has student led conferences. He showed off his work and progress. He continues to excel in all areas. He also received his report card. All A's and O's. another Banner Roll to add to his list  

Pie Party

We had a great Primary program. Jack did a great job speaking and Luke sang his little heart out. They shared their testimonies of the scriptures 

After we had a pie party with all the kids. The bishopric had a pie eating contest 

We ate apple pie and watched a movie.  Then our chorister let the kids throw pies in her face. They absolutely loved it!

Timber!

We had trees that needed to be cut down. All was going well with the help of our neighbors 

Until a tree went rogue and clipped the side of our house. 

We are grateful it wasn't worse and that we have great neighbors who helped repair it quickly 

You can't even tell there was damage now!

Kate is a busy little gal and always into everything 

She even gets into the markers and creates a masterpiece of herself. 

Beautiful Day

The kids didn't have school on a Monday morning so we went hiking 

It was a gorgeous fall day

The boys ran the entire way with their friends 

Kate had lots of friends to play with too 

It was a big group. We are even missing a few in this picture 

After a picnic lunch, we went on our own adventure 

We even saw an alligator and huge turtles. 

It was an awesome day!

Homecoming

School got out early for the high school homecoming parade so we decided to check it out this year 

We played around and we're goofy on the grass waiting for it to start 

It was very exciting when it started with the fire truck and marching band. 

And once the floats started throwing candy the kids were in heaven 

We had lots of fun seeing people we knew, catching candy and finding all kinds of other prizes like cups, shirts and beads. We will be back next year!

General Conference

We enjoyed General Conference again this year. The kids look forward to their conference parking lots and Lego temples. 

We also tried setting up tents to listen like they did for King Benjamin 

We feasted on the words of the prophets. And worked hard while listening. 

Fall Evenings

The weather was cooler and we had some friends over to play  

 They spent hours jumping on the trampoline and playing in the play house. Then we lit up the fire pit for s'mores. 

It was a deliciously fun evening!
