This week Jack and I have been in a Parent and Me Swim Class.
Every morning he gets very excited about going to "class."

He learned about kicking, moving his arms, floating on his back and stomach, and blowing bubbles. Kicking was definitely his strength. He loved the game where you throw a toy and he has to kick to get you there. He also loved using a little ring to pretend he was driving a car. He even invented his own way of doing it that none of the other kids came up with. He would kick to get us going, then yell, "stop," to stop us.
On the last two days, they used life jackets and he had a great time practicing jumping into the pool.
Swim class was definitely worth it. Jack seems a lot more comfortable in the water and has turned into a little fish.
Looks like a fun time for everyone! : )
