Today we showed them around Lake Charles, introduced them to Raising Cane's, and did a lot of playing. While we were showing them around, Jack announced, "Louisiana is a big place!"
And tonight we headed down to the preserve to see some gators. We saw lots of little guys and even a few big fellows. Then we walked around the boardwalk and enjoyed the evening.
Once we got home, we introduced them to Bluebell Ice Cream. Yum, yum!
I won't even tell Jefferson you guys have Blue Belle. I'm jealous enough but Jeff would probably start crying. There's nothing like Blue Belle! You can't go back to regular ice cream after tasting that bit of heaven!! Glad you're having fun with your fam and so glad they are there!
