The doctor says he is a perfect baby and is growing very well!
Here's a similar shot from when he was just a month:

Can you see the difference?
Also the poor guy got his shots today.
He didn't cry much initially, but once he woke up from his nap this afternoon, he's been very fussy.
Any tips on easing the pain?
He's definitely filling out!
ReplyDeleteTylenol, warm baths or warm washcloths, and this sounds weird, but helps in the long run. Rub the shot sites. It might hurt the little guy a bit the first time, but it helps, I promise.
Our little guy gets really sore after he has his shots. Tylenol was our best remedy when we 2 months. Once he is six months you can use Motrin and that works the best for us. Good Luck!
ReplyDeleteLuke just went in for his one month check up yesterday.
ReplyDeleteHe weighed 9 lbs 14 oz.
He was 22 3/4 inches long.
And his head circumference was 15 inches.
Luckily he didn't cry for too long getting his hep b shot.
What a cutie! He is growing fast!
ReplyDeleteLiz and I give Eli some Tylenol before we leave for the doctor when he's getting shots. That way it's already taking effect by the time he's getting them. It has really worked well for us.
