One Month

Mr. Luke is growing fast and is already one month old.

He has his little bear to show how quickly he's growing.

He's showing what a happy little boy he is!

He is a generally happy boy and he really loves his daddy.

He'll always calm down for daddy.

We did an informal weigh in this morning.

I don't know how accurate it is, but it showed that he was almost 11 lbs.

This boy loves to eat. He'd eat all day if I'd let him.

He is starting to wear his 0-3 month clothes exclusively and wears a size 1 diaper.

He is starting to sleep better after a rough week of adjusting after the move.

He wakes up every 3-4 hours in the night to eat and naps 3 times a day.

I suspect he may have reflux like his brother because he will only sleep for longer than 30 minutes if he is propped up. So he sleeps in his bouncy seat or swing at this point.

He is always very good when we go places and tends to sleep most of the time.

He is pretty tolerant of his big brother and all the loving Jack gives him - which tends to be pokes and prods and kisses.

His nicknames are Ukey, Me-Ukey (since Jack is constantly saying "me-ukey," meaning he wants to hold Luke), Bubba, Baby, Little Man, Little Brother.

He really likes the bath and is happy to just kick around on the changing table afterwards.

He is a well traveled baby. He's been through 7 states, visited the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, and lived in 3 states. He really gets around!

We love our cute little baby and are so happy that he came to our family!

I can't believe a month has already passed. So much has happened and it feels like Luke has been with us forever. He's such a special little man!
